Paying Your Bill
Paying your account with Chubb has never been easier. You can choose from six convenient ways to pay your bill.
Pay by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
EFT is the transfer of funds from your bank account into Chubb’s bank account. You can deposit funds into Westpac Banking Corporation BSB Number: 037-834, Account Number: (refer to the bottom of your invoice for the account number). Please be sure to quote your customer number as a reference and email to [email protected]
Pay by BPay
You can also pay bills through your bank, credit union or building society using BPAY. It’s available over the phone or through internet banking. You’ll just need your Biller Code and Reference Number handy – you’ll find them on your bill.
Pay by credit card by phone or online
It’s easy to pay your bills by Visa or MasterCard using the pay by phone facility on 1300 304 428. Just make sure you have your customer reference number at hand – you will find it on your bill next to the phone symbol or click here to pay online.
Pay by cheque or money order
Just make your cheque or money order payable to Chubb Fire & Security Pty Ltd and post it with your payment slip (which is at the bottom of your bill) to Chubb Fire & Security Pty Ltd GPO Box 1605, Sydney NSW 2001
Direct debit
Stay on top of your payments with direct debit. It’ll automatically pay your bills straight from your bank account or credit card when they’re due. To pay by Direct Debit, nominate your financial institution and the account from which you want your Chubb bill debited. You can be with a bank, building society or credit union.
Chubb sends you your bill as usual and on the due date of the bill that amount will be automatically debited from the account you have nominated.
You may also like to make regular payments by Direct Debit on a scheduled basis. You can complete an online direct debit form.
