Our Customer Service Centre is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm AEST.
To make it easier here are the menu options.
Press 1 – New sales enquiries including monitoring connections, new systems or to upgrade your existing system
Press 2 – If you need a service on your alarm system or if you require technical assistance
Press 3 – For account or billing enquiries or payment details updates
Press 4 – If you are moving house and need to update your details
Press 5 – If you have an enquiry about the National Broadband Network (NBN) and your alarm monitoring service
Press 6 – To contact our Monitoring Response Centre and or you have an after-hours emergency.
